Respawn Entertainment announced its first-person shooter VR game at Oculus Connect 6 today, and it’s Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond.
Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond is in development exclusively for VR, and coming to the Oculus Rift platform.
The game was announced today during Oculus Connect 6, as promised last month.
It is set during World War 2 and has you playing as an agent of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) in Europe. It features a single-player campaign which encompasses air, land and sea where the goal is to sabotage Nazi bases. You will also subvert enemy plans, aid the French Resistance, and more.
You can also expect a multiplayer component, although details on that end are being kept under wraps for the moment.
A release date was not provided as of press time.
